In Holland the weather is quite cold at the moment, frost during the night, the roofs are white when you wake up in the morning. No snow yet, fortunately. White X-mas we don't get a lot in Holland.
The source of this recipe is the site of Dani's Treuer Kuchenfee, a German site. I translated the recipe into Dutch and English.
50 gram caster sugar
200 gram frozen pineapple
1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
1 bottle (750 ml) Prosecco
Add caster sugar to TM-bowl and mill it into confectioner's sugar in 10 seconds, speed 10. Add the frozen pineapple, 10 seconds speed 8.
Add coconut milk and Prosecco, 10 seconds speed 6 to mix the drink. Feel free to put the measuring cup on the TM-lid, otherwise you can try and taste the drink during mixing it, and a change of clothes and make-up is welcome as well..........
Serve the drink in champagne glasses.
